Razer Kraken V3 pro suddenly power off.

Hi.

My Razer Kraken V3 Pro suddenly turns off.
I have the Razer Synapse wireless power save turned off, but it still turns off.
This also occurs while playing games and even with the USB cable connected.
It is okay if I turn the power switch back on, but it takes about 5 seconds to turn it on and I have to take one hand off during that time, so if it occurs during game play, I have to continue playing silently.

My PC environment is as follows
OS: Windows 11 Home 22631.2861
Razer Synapse: 20231208

Please help me solve this problem.

Just here to say I’m having the same problem. It’s almost certainly an issue with Razer Synapse.

Same problem here. It does not matter if the cable is connected, the headset is charged to maximum, and it is completely random. I turned off powersaving mode in Synapse, did not help.

When I close Synapse, I can go for hours without powering off. Definitely a software issue which needs to be fixed.

They’re about to lose a long time customer unless it get’s fixed, just got the damn thing not even 3 months ago, and now it’s acting up, I’ve never had a problem with their keyboard or mouse, YET

Same issue here - startec acting up after reinstalling synapse, following a fresh windows install. SUPER ANNOYING
