Razer Kraken V3 Pro USB malfunctioning / not recognised

This is happening to me occasionally.

I’ve fixed it a few times, and it worked for a while, until it just pops up again, and it gets harder to fix as my methods seem to no longer be working.

The USB itself is not damaged, or so I presume. It does not look physically damaged.

I don’t know what the actual problem is or how I’ll ever get it to work without doing this again.

Fyi, I’ve had this since last year September.

Don’t know if it’s a razer problem, my PC, or anything else.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you test your headset on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
