I have a problem with my Kraken V3 Pro. If I turn on the headset but don't play any sound, the sound will disappear. There is no sound. But the headset is still on and detects in Synapse normally. I have to turn it off and on again all the time. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it was the same. But I switched to New Synapse and didn't have this problem. At first, I used New Synapse, but with the problem that my Z690 didn't detect in New Synapse, I went back to using Synapse 3 as usual because today I saw that there was an update. And after that, I had the same problem. Is there any way to fix it?

Hey,
Try to repair your Synapse 3 software. You can also update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
