hi. i buy new headset, kraken v3. but there is no any activation code in box. i activated thx in synapse app but i am not sure is it activated or not. can anyone help me?

I have a Razer Kraken V3 pro headset myself, and am running into a similar issue.
I have also run into an issue where though I have THX spatial enabled in synapse 3.0 or 4.0, I am still only able to select a stereo option in games, and windows recognizes the device as stereo only. The only time I have success having this headset playing actual quadrophonic, 5.1, or 7.1, is when I have the separate app, “THX spatial” setup.
The problem with this, is that it is costs $19.99 to make use of a feature that is displayed on the box, with the only requirement being a, “*requires windows 10- 64 bit” disclaimer. I am currently only able to select up to 7.1 in games, as well as the audio setup because I have a 15 day trial enabled.
Though the Razer synapse 4.0 software states that the THX spatial is enabled and provides a short audio demo, I am still unable to confirm any use outside of the demo actually works.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled all audio related drivers several times over now.
