I dont hear any sound in my left ear cup. I have had the headset for 9 months. i have followed all the trouble shooting options. uninstalled synapse, reinstalled audio drives but i when i test the headset the sound level plays the left ear sound but i only hear the right one.
Also when trying to balance the sound levels in windows it doesn't even show an option to balance, the button to allow left and right channels is not available when using a dongle - only when connected purely by Bluetooth but that still doesn't fix the sound even in that mode.
If it helps the 2.4 has both the Game and Chat options, neither fix the issue.
