Hello from Germany !
I bought a Razer Leviathan V2 Soundbar. It worked really nice since some days i wanted to set the equalizer and THX / Stereo.
This isn`t working, theres no change in sound what ever i set (Equalizer low / High, THX or Stereo) nothing changes.
i Already removed the Device drivers and reinstalled.
The Synapse Software in the Audio Tab for the Leviathan is laggy as hell…. and as i said...whatever i set there...theres no change in sound.
What can i do the get the excellent sound back for my new soundbar?
 

Same problem I need now to purchase DOLBY ACCESS to get a good sound, i think its unfair by the price we paid for the LV2.

I just received the Leviathan v2.

I have the same problem: "The Synapse software in the Leviathan Audio tab is slow as hell... and like I said... whatever I set there... there is no no change in sound."

In addition, I find that it is not very normal that we cannot modify the bass like with the THX Spatial Audio application.

Would it be possible to get help and/or resolve this issue in Synapse please?

Could we have any help from Razer please?
For my part, I was able to identify that it was the TXH Spatial Audio USB 1532-0532 that was the problem. If I delete it and reinstall it (via the Synapse installer but without completely uninstalling Synaspe), it works.

When restarting Windows, the problem returns.

 

Sorry but I think for the price the software should work.
Besides, via the phone application, everything works well.
