My leviathan v2 will not work. It will turn on and but that is it. You can switch it over to Bluetooth but then it will be stuck in that state. I can get it to connect to my computer and phone via Bluetooth but will not play sound. The only way to change it back to source is to do a hard reset with the + and - and power button. Computer will not detect when the device is plugged in. I have tried multiple computers, reinstalling synapse 3 and 4, hard reset, different cables. Is the device bricked? This is the second time happening after removing from power but nothing i try will fix it this time around. Any suggestions? Time to switch back to Logitech?

Dude, literally the same problem. You mentioned it's happened previously, how did you fixed it back then?

By doing the hard reset then unplugging and plugging back in. Hold down power , +, - buttons for a few seconds all together the source button will turn a purple pink
Thanks, done that too. Just to clarify, after hard reset you just unplugged the power cord, then plugged it back in and turned on?

I have power outages and after a year of struggling this produces me consistent results in fixing the issue:
“Sorry if I’m late to the thread. There is a solution for this and it works for me every time.
The sound bar needs to be electrically discharged after a sudden power surge or interruption. Just like some computer towers/cases. Do the following:
- Unplug all cables from the sound bar. This includes all three: the power cable, USB-C and sub-woofer.
- In the sound bar, press the power button quickly and repeatedly many times for 20-30 seconds. Don’t stop pressing the power button very quickly and repeatedly, and do it for at least 20-30 seconds.
- Reconnect only the power cable. Press the power button in the sound bar. The sound bar will in PC mode (green source button).
- Press the source button. If it switches to BLUE (bluetooth), then the issue is resolved. Connect the USB-C and sub-woofer cables and use the sound bar normally.
- If the source button does not change to blue, the issue is not yet resolved. Disconnect the power cable and repeatedly press the power button many times for 20-30 seconds again.
This has been tried and tested and it always works. I hope it helps someone.”

So after leaving the sound bar unplugged for 2 weeks. I plugged it in today and it worked. Then after unplugging. Same issue. Again this didn’t fix it for me. My fix was buying a Logitech g560 😂

Hello - Alex from Brazil. Exactly the same thing. Everything was working perfectly and now everything is dead. I've already tried installing it on a laptop and cell phone with Bluetooth and via cable and it doesn't work. I've already done everything, installed and uninstalled the software about 10 times - the product is practically new. and the problem is not in Windows. Will we have to exchange for JBL. What Razer is doing is absurd.

Congratulations brother, you solved it. Now explain how I got this absurd solution that looks like a cake recipe. I did this and it worked. That doesn't take away the indignation I'm feeling at the moment. Things like this should be clearly explained by the company. I was already looking at JBL's top sound bar. Who doesn't have these difficulties. There is even easy telephone contact to resolve problems. thank you hug
