Razer Leviathan V2 X not loud enough

Hello Everyone, maybe someone can help me. I have the Razer Leviathan V2 X Soundbar and it works great, but it just isnt loud enough. Ive turned every audio controller to 100% but it is still very quiet. If i use Bluetooth with my phone its great and works just fine but if i use it on my pc its just not loud enough

I found it’s way louder in bluetooth rather than usb-c connection, also maybe try update the firmware?

"Hello, I had a similar issue, but I may have solved it on my own. Click on the speaker icon on your taskbar, left-click to open the Volume Mixer, and then click on the sound. Move the slider, and it should work. It worked for me!"

I had the same issue aned the best fix I found was In Synapse, go to Audio > Sound > *Center Focus* and turn it off.

Way louder over Bluetooth than just USB-C.  Night and day difference.

Bump. Still experiencing problems with the speaker as described by topic starter. No firmware updates for the device available, volume in the volume mixer is set to max; there is nothing suspicious in any of the tabs in the audio device properties. Connecting the device to a PC via Bluetooth makes the sound just awesome, but then I lose the ability to control the backlight, and most importantly, the sound will delay about 0.5 s, which is critical for gaming. Looking forward for any tips or help.

Same issue and have suspected the my pc case power supply, but BT works just fine so, it’s not more than a bug, FIX IT Razer.

Все очень просто)))Заходим Razer Synapse-Аудио-внизу открыть окно свойств звука Windows-находим свое устройство-свойста-уровни-баланс и выкручиваем в максимум)))Не благодарите

Bro’s right! Somehow the L bar is fixed at, funny enough, 42. Drag it to 100, fixed.

FOUND A FIX, Hanepudding did it right but the exact path is right click windows speaker icon in bottom right, then click sounds, then go to playback section, right click on razer leviathan, then click properties, then levels, then click balance and move all sliders to 100, should be fixed after that. turn down main volume with volume knob or however  you usually do it.

Click windows speaker icon__Click sounds__Click Playback__Right Click Razer Leviathan__Click Properties__Click Levels__Click Balance__Move all sliders to 100__. Should be fixed after this so turn volume down accordingly
