Hi all, I’ve very recently purchased a Razer Leviathan V2 X for my partner and I only 6 days ago, and I have already had issues with mine auto turning itself off, disconnecting from my PC, and then becoming unrecognisable even via bluetooth. Thankfully my partner has not yet had this issue.
I have found from looking on other forums that connecting it to a different power source or using a different USB-C cord works to short-term resolve the issue (the new plug-in worked for me) however I am wondering if this issue is something that is going to be fixed via patches/updates to the speaker or if I should head down the warranty route and receive a new one.
Its’ really disappointing to have this happen as I had bought both speakers as a Christmas gift to my partner and I as we had just upgraded and gotten ourselves new PC/Monitors and had decided to get these speakers specifically because we were both in need of one and this one seemed perfect for our style and sound requirements.
