My headphone had not been used for a year due to missing of my usb connector,

 lately I found the dongle and tried to used it. Managed to charged my headphone and used,

problem is :-

1. the battery won’t last long ,
2. The leather on the cushion . Peeling off.

Where can I get the replacement for battery and the cushion(top and earpiece cushion.)?
