Razer Nari gone from Synapse?

I installed my Nari and it was all good, it showed up in Synapse 3 and I could configure it. But after a few days I opened Synapse to change the equalizer and the Nari is gone - how do I get it back? The Nari works great but it would be nice to be able to change a few settings too.

    To follow up on this post; I moved the USB-transmitter (or whatever you call that thing) to a different USB-port and it started show up in Synapse again. It happened once more and just a new USB-port and it was back.
