Hello,

I am having problems with my headset connected to a PC, every once in a while I am getting disc/connect sounds , sometimes it happens like 10-15 times in a minute sometimes for hours nothing. I went and saw Razer firmware update which I downloaded and try to install. Tried because once I start the update there is an error ( Close Synapse before updating ) I closed the Synapse I even uninstall the synapse but the error is still there. I cannot update firmware nor I can use the headset as it keeps on connecting disconnecting. There are no other USBs connected and headset is the only one connected. Can someone knows how to fix this?
