So yea Hi. I have a bit problem cuz I have nari's a little while but today I wanted to get new drivers but I can't like get the drivers app to work. I have to connect by dongle and by charging cable but it can't find them so by that I can't upload them to latest version. Can some help by any chance? Sry for some mistakes in my english

Drivers are automatically installing via Synapse 3 software, when you connect your headset for the 1st time. If you have still have problem, then you'll need to clean reinstall Synapse:
  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
