Dear Razer community,
I have problem with my Razer Nari Ultimate and my Razer Kraken V3 Pro.
So yesterday Razer Synapse installed an Update (Midgame by the way, wtf Razer) and since then there are connection Problems with the dongle of my Razer Nari Ultimate. The PC losses complete connection to the dongle. When I plug it into another USB Port i get back connection but as soon as I start to play a sound the same issue occurs. So I thought the dongle may got damaged, so I pulled my old Kraken V3 Ort from the basement but the exact same issue occurs with that headset too, so I figured it must have something to do with Synapse, maybe an untested Update or something like that.
I already just the dongle recovery tool (with the newest version) so what else can I try?
