Razer Nari Ultimate Dongle disconnect

Hello i hope anyone can help me. My Razer Nari Ultimate Headset is disconnecting at random times and sometime my computer does not even recognize the USB dongle. I have tried many things but nothing helps. Anyone had the same issue and can help me?

Yes I am also having this issue and many others here are as well unfortunately,

The only solution I know of thus far is that you can still connect the headset using the 3.5mm audio jack.

Same issue here to but my computer still can’t detect the headset even when using the 3.5mm cable.
