Hi .

I have razer nari ultimate that I regularly use. today I have been playing like normal and my sound has been cut off.

Then I looked in my synapse software to see if its updating or if it is recognised by the software ( it was like if was never there) then i checked in my sound menu to see if it is maybe  disabled but it was like nothing was there no sight of game/ chat profiles. So i downloaded the Recovery tool for software and dongle , but the PC won't recognise the dongle. Restarted the PC and tried it again - the dongle was recognise by the recovery tool saying that the recovery is necessary but won’t continue with recovery as the dongle was ( disconnected again even if it was plugged in). tried it few more times but no success.
