My headphones keeps beeping on and off like it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting right away, I figured maybe a firmware update will fix any issues with it. I downloaded the Nari Firmware update tool but it’s not detecting my USB Dongle as inserted for some reason. It’s really frustrating, this has been my worse headphone I’ve ever gotten and I can’t really get a new one right now.

Same thing happening with me :/ let me know if you found anything out, i found this thread where someone had the same problem 3 years ago but of course they resolved it in a private message.
