Razer nari ultimate fried??

I downloaded squads and was playing it for the first time. While in the tutorial my headset beeped once, and then the sound was off. I have had my fair share of issues with these over the years, so i assumed it was a simple fix. however after trying all the things i normally would it still wasn't working. The blue light is blinking, and its not recognized. Through googling i found i probably needed to pair it again. This seemed to work, or so i thought. So i tried to play squads again. Joined a server this time, and then realized i couldn't talk, it said no input device. I tried to talk a few time, and then no sound. Well now i have tried to recover it using razer tool, re pair it with 2 separate dongles multiple times on 2 computers. At this point the when i plug in the dongle that is pair it will either not recognize, recognize it for half a second then unrecognized it like 3 times before just not recognizing it fully or it will recognize it and then when i play sound it immediately disconnects.
