Hello, i have the same problem with both of my Razer Narri Ultimate on both pc((((((

im having the same problem with my Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset, the dongle is in the desktop ( for months )How to pair or connect a USB dongle to a Razer Nari headset with the Razer Nari Pairing Utility

i have this same problem today? is there any solution?

I also have this problem.

I have tried both dongle recovery and the pairing utility.

In my laptop, in all usb ports, the dongle works for a few seconds (one minute) the most.

It is weird that all dongles are having the same problem at the same time.

I have the same problem too and it only started a couple of days back. The headset was working fine for the past 2 years.

All of a sudden it decided to stop connecting to the dongle. Headset works fine when it’s connected via the 3.5mm jack, so this is definitely a software issue that came in a recent release. This defeats the purpose of buying such an high-end headset and all it’s features if we use a cable to run this. Razer, can you guys send out a replacement dongle for this?

Is there a way to tag the folks from Razer. here? I feel this issue shouldn’t be left quietly because this bug has affected almost every Razer Nari Ultimate user. A flagship product!

Same problem here, the USB dongle just isn't recognized anymore, Synapse, pairing utility, recovery, nowhere... actually it's causing my other Razer products (keyboard and mouse) to disappear on Synapse, so I need to uninstall all the drivers and install Synapse again to use the other devices.

Are there some Razer folks here to help?

seriously bump this. I can’t use my headset at all. Tried everything multiple times on multiple computers. Pairing Utility does nothing. Windows recognized the device for 5 seconds then never again. Synapse won’t recognize it at all.

Razer FIX THIS

"I have the same problem. My headphones stopped connecting overnight. Does anyone from RAZOR even care about this issue?"

yeh I just began having the same issue, hopoefully someone from razer can help us

Yeah, Like everyone else I have the same problem. What’s weird is I connected the headset dongle to a USB to USB C connector to my Pixel 7 and everything works fine. This is definitely a PC problem

Hi there.
I had the same problem not long ago, so I tried this method which worked for me:
Make sure your headphones are set as the default audio device
Uninstall the headset drivers:
Click Win + S
Type "Device Manager" and press Enter.
Under "Sound, video and game controllers", right-click on the Razer headset and select "Uninstall device".
Restart your PC.
Close the Synapse program by right-clicking on its system tray icon.
Uninstall the Synapse software by going to Settings > Programs > Programs and Features. Search for "Razer" in the search bar and uninstall all results.
Use software such as Ccleaner to remove any remaining registry.
Download and install the latest version of Synapse from the official Razer website.

The same problem is happening to me and it was completely out of the blue and what makes me most unhappy about this whole problem is that it's not just me, it's that several people are complaining and not even a help message or explanation has been sent to the users of the product and our money and trust in the brand were thrown away, please have a little more commitment to us and help us or explain what happened or tell us to take it to a repair or tell us to condemn the device and buy a new product.

Yeah, currently having this issue. Started yesterday.

My pc does see the headset and recognizes it but synapse does not. I get the blinking blue light as if it is trying to reconnect. Do all the uninstall/install, repair whatever, nothing

It seems this has been an issue for a lot of people, its baffling there has been no light on the situation from the support. What is going on?

Does anybody have some kind of solution?
I tried with 3.5mm but the sound is so low that is impossible to play with.

I tried pc sound to max, the wheel on the Nari at most volume and barely can hear.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Just in the middle of a Teams meeting, the headphones disconnected. I’m running windows 11.

Tried to play a game on another computer running windows 10. The sound goes to the headphones for a few seconds, the sound gets more and more distorted. Then they disconnect. After about 10-20 seconds they reconnect and the first second I can hear OK then it gets more and more distorted and they eventually disconnect.

Connecting the USB dongle to the Win 11 computer makes the Device Manager load and reload a few times. Then windows says that the last USB device malfunctioned.

It really sounds like a hardware issue with the dongle, but how can we all be affected at the same time? I bought mine 3 years ago.

It’s a pity this thread is marked as “Solved” and the “Answer” not being an answer. Perhaps the OP could retag the thread?

I had the same issue, my headset was only 3 months old. I ended up using support and sending it in and they couldn't fix it so are sending me a replacement.

Same problem is happening to me on my PC and on my PS5. Was just using it a couple weeks ago just fine, then the blue light started flashing and hasn’t been able to connect since. First appeared on the console then confirmed it on PC.

whatever it is happened to everyone at the same time and this is a problem. Razer needs to start giving us replacements or refunds at this point because I didn’t spend money for a pair of headphones to be useless for absolutely no reason

Hey guys, this happened to me too. Support wants to have useless correspondence in PM and not solve the problem. Although the solution is already found, it is a NEW DONGLE, for example on aliexpress it costs something around 40$. I've been reading a lot of posts in different threads for the last week and this is what comes out. Almost all headphones work well for about 2 years and suddenly die. It's very similar to programmed death. What I suggest, get together somewhere in discord and think about a collective lawsuit.

The problem is the complete set, I even try to connect via wire and still nothing. This make me go back to Logitech, keyboard and mouse wise they are a great product. This are so expensive set, they should start adding an expire date on their product

Same issue, and the dongle is to blame. I loved this headset for the past two years, but all of a sudden it decided to stop working, and it’s a bluetooth related issue, which doesn’t get fixed with the cable trick.

Is it just a hidden rule that these dongles stop working after a while just because? It’s ridiculous.

NO ITS NOT JS DEAD, u need to plug the usb in a differnt port. what i did was take the usb out of the pc port and put it back in the headset then took it out the blew it the put it in a different port and it worked js fine, the headset turned back and weere back in business.
