Common razer you have to help us on this one. Pls my headset costs 300 dollars pls pls can i get something some help.

If anyone else is having this problem I was just able to fix my issue. My headset was blinking blue and would not connect. I went through the support page and downloaded a pairing utility for my headset, followed the instructions and it went smoothly. Everything works great now. I will post the link below in case anyone else has issues in the future. I hope this can help everyone!

Oh, thank you very much, zxane123! Your tip about reconnecting the USB connector to a different port really worked

I have found that it is Heat related. If the dongle is By a heat source it will not work. Change ports to a cooler spot. As soon as my dongle cooled down and away from the heat it immediately worked and hasn't messed up again. I also assume that's why the dongles just shut down. Heat melts the Inside over time.

Same issue, and the dongle is to blame. I loved this headset for the past two years, but all of a sudden it decided to stop working, and it’s a bluetooth related issue, which doesn’t get fixed with the cable trick.

Is it just a hidden rule that these dongles stop working after a while just because? It’s ridiculous.

It seems so because ive owned these for like 3 years now and yesterday it randomly disconnected. From what I’ve gathered and can tell, it seems that at any given time the dongle can just magically overheat and permanently fry itself rendering it useless

Blue light means you have to buy another $200 headset, RMA and swap in the broken dongle, warranty then refund it via amazon.

I had this same problem, today all i did was go my setting/apps/installed apps, found my razer synapse, Clicked more options icon on the right hand side/modify and your razer synapse should pop up with three option you just click on repair and it should fix the problem. On a side note since I had to replace my razer nari headset at the beginning of the year due to battery problems and it not wanting to take a charge or accept any micro usb cord including the recommended given cord, buy a magnetic wireless attachment so you dont wear out the socket of the charging port and just leave it connected.
