Razer Nari Ultimate help
Hi I’m completely new to the profile customisation parts of the razer hardware. I was wondering if the profiles could be saved on the headset as I play on PlayStation 4. I find the bass to be a bit to pronounced when I play my games and would like to tone it down, however when I do I find that my custom settings weren’t saved. Does it not work on console or is it user error?

+1Nope, profiles are not stored - it doesn't have any internal memory for this.
Your profiles will be available only on PC when Synapse is running.
