Razer Nari Ultimate not showing up as audio in Synapse 3.
I just recently got my Nari Ultimate in the mail yesterday. I picked it up for console gaming and wanted to work on the settings a bit in synapse 3. But it is not showing up as an audio tab on synapse 3. Is there any way to fix this?

Same problem. Almost a month now and Support takes forever to respond. They'll reply maybe once or twice then leave you hanging.

Are you using the Xbox One version of the Nari Ultimate? If so, this might help:

If you're using it for PC, make sure you're using the wireless dongle and/or the USB cable to connect. Using the 3.5mm jack will only provide sound and won't connect to Synapse.
