I am using a Razer Nari Ultimate and a Razer Mechanical keyboard. While playing Battlefield V I have my mic open. The mic picks up key clicks and seems to be picking up some audio from the headphones itself, especially the haptic feedback. I have messed with every setting I can think of. The game itself does not have any settings I can adjust. Any ideas?

at first I can suggest you to adjust Mic Volume (as required); Volume Normalization: OFF; Mic Sensitivity: 70 (or less); Noise cancellation: ON; and also Ambient Noise Reduction: 20
Obviously via the Synapse software.
