Razer Nari Ultimate PS4 Mic Issue

Hello, I recently got my new Nari Ultimate that I have been primarily using for the PS4. Whenever I play a very loud and immersive shooter game such as Modern Warfare, my mic picks up the rumbling from my headphones and whenever I do try to actually speak; it seems to not accurately catch what I am trying to say. Any tips on fixing this issue?

Well for me if any vibration or rumbling happens my friends tell me I either turn down the volume when I talk or move the mic closer to my mouth
