I want to ask Razer about my problems with Razer nari Ultimate and razer hammer head. First with Razer Nari Ultimate. There is no connection via usb transceiver with my pc. Ihave done everything adviced in the forum and I think the dongle is not connecting (somehow) and should be replaced. The repairing programs doesn fix anything, synapse 3 is not recognising the device. The gaming set was used with no problems, and the audio is good. 

Razer Hammerhead i have for 3 years and is being used 5-10 times for 20-30 min. Since 2022 im not using it beacuse one earbud is not connecting, not charging and afterwards the mother is not charging. So f the mother. Razer you have really good products but only the mouse and the mousepad are working properly. Sorry, switching to Logitech
