Razer Nari Ultimate Red Light On, but not Charging

red light turns on when plugged in, but seconds adter i remove the cable turns off and wont turn on. note: i can use all the funcionalityes of the headset with the usb cable, but i want my wireless back!

    well now the red light is not turning, but when u plug the usb on the headset lights up but synapse 3 wont even recognice it, so the haptic vibration thing is gone... if anyone is reading this, never buy a razer nari ultimate, or an audio wireless thing from this company. mine die without any reason... i have a tiamat 7.1 v1 from ages ago, and the shit works flawless... so if the way to go is wired... igoing to get a blackshark v2 and just use the naris like a cheap eadset with the 3.5mm jack, they are too bulky for using it without their extras like wireless and vibration...
