If you're having a difficult time receiving audio from THX-powered headset, this actually could be a problem with Razer applications.
Step 1 - Close all Razer apps.
Step 2 - Win + R > Type: "appwiz.cpl"
Here you will proceed AS IF you were going to uninstall Razer Cortex, but you're just going to repair it via the Razer Installer.
Step 3 - Locate and Right click on Razer Cortex, click uninstall...then click yes.
Step 4 - In the Razer Installer, simply click REPAIR and allow the Installer to fix any issue.
I hope this helps, this is the second time this has happened and I've fixed it twice using this method.
