Razer Nari Ultimate won't turn on

Same here.

try wiggling the charger. sometimes it doesn't make contact with the pins. my headset's charge port is worn and needs some wiggling to get it to charge.

Well documented issue Nari ultimates have huge QC issues with batteries and charging. I'm currently waiting for a response from them regarding the issue. I'm actually surprised there isn't a class action against them regarding it. If it's not sorted out by support I've found a video on YouTube of a battery swap tutorial that may be an option

I'm running into the same issue. Ready to just return it to Best buy for a refund and never buy a razer headset ever again. This is the third razer headset I've had with either power issues or driver/software issues. The QC they have with these things is abysmal. Not sure what else to do at this point.
