Razer Nari Ultimate Xbox one chat issues.

I have purchased a new pair of Nari ultimate. I set them up and was playing call of duty. They sounded amazing. However it wasnt until I joined a party that I realised no one could hear me & I couldn't hear anyone? I played with the settings and thought I got it to work.. I was able to send Audio messages and hear my voice back. However when I loaded into game this stopped working? I am using these with XBOX ONE S Am I missing something? I'm processing a return but I really want to give them a go.
