Razer Nommo 2.0 won't connect to windows 10.

Hello, I've connected them to the powersource and using 3.5mm jack. Turned them on by turning the volume button until I heard a click but nothing happens. Also have installed synapse 3. Running out of ideas. PS: didn't work on my other computer (windows 11) either. Same conditions were met.

Where? I can literally find no such button, it even says in the manual that to turn in just turn the volume button untill you hear a click.

Yes, I was confused in the beginning too. You just have to press and hold the volume key, then it will connect.

Are you sure we are talking about the same model, since the volume key cannot be pressed, im literally using decent foce and it doesnt do anything.

Yes, but I got the chroma version. I believe they function similarly.

yeah it seems like they're still different in that case, believe me, pressing the button does not work on the usual 2.0 model.

here is the manual's instruction that i need to just turn it untill i hear a click - i hear a click but it simply doesnt still turn on
