Razer nommo chroma not turning on!? | Razer Insider

I've had a razer nommo for my pc awhile now and just recently bougth a new gaming pc wich i built myself and when i plugged in my nommo it won't turn on when i press or hold down the on/volume button on the base. Sometimes i get a notification that my pc is configuring the nommo but then it just disappears again after 2 seconds. No lights under the base turns on or anything.. I have the power plugged in the same way it was when it was working before i unplugged it to move my gaming setup. Anyone know what could be wrong or how to fix it?? I have tried different outlets and/or usb connectors in my pc, nothing seems to help.
I just bought a brand new noomo chroma and plugged it into a USB. nothing... no lights no sound no setup, nothing.
Same here. Just got a set of Noomo chroma for x-mas and they just stopped working. No power - no speakers.
Same here, i see my nommo devices and printers for about 2 seconds as well as sound settings after which nothing. i bought a new ac adapter..30w / 19v / 1.6a ..... doesn't help..Just like nommo chroma wouldn't get enough power because same adapter / multi plug. maybe the nommo is stuck in eg US power supply so there is not enough power in europe?
Same here, just stopped working out of nowhere. Nothing Changed was working and all of the sudden went to play a video on YouTube and sound was gone. Looked and noticed no power from on Nommo. Restarted PC and now Synapse is informing selected device is not found (This would be due to no power to Nommo). I am shocked there are no responses yet to the others that already posted here...
Same here. I have had Nommo Pro for over a year and have been plagued with this issue since purchase - it hasn't worked for 80% of the time that I have had it, but eventually it seems to come back to life and start working. However, haven't been able to get it working for several months now.

Can we not get a response from Razer on this issue?
Same for me as well. Don't know what is happening. Any reliable solution ? Anyone?
Same here - no power, but it sounds like you guys just might need to install the firmware or update the firmware?

For my situation, the overly fragile left cable connector had a pin that bent, and i didn't realize when I went to plug the wire back into the speaker. When I fixed it with a set of tweezers and plugged it back in, I had no power anymore from either speaker. I was on the phone with support when i straightened the wire with a set of tweezers so I will be so upset if the warranty team says that they won't help me because of that.... the guy should have told me not to do it!

I called for a warranty and after repeating the serial number, contact information, and shipping address 4 times (registration page, automated call, with support, then over email)... the support guy hinted that this is a user error and that the warranty team won't cover it.
