Hello, I recently upgraded from an iPad tablet to a new Android tablet. However, I'm still experiencing audio lag even when I switch it to player mode. I've reset the headset, but it still hasn't worked.

Hi there,
Try to update your headset’s firmware by following the steps below:
- Connect the headphones to your device via Bluetooth.
- Download and open the Razer Audio mobile app for iOS or Android and pair with your headphones.
- If there is a firmware update available, you will see it on the main screen of the app.
- Simply tap it and follow the instructions to update.
If that didn’t work out, then send me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
