Hi, my Razer Seiren Mini suddenly stopped being recognized by Windows.
It shows “Unknown USB Device (device descriptor request failed)” and doesn’t appear in Synapse.
I already tried all troubleshooting steps (different USB ports, USBDeview cleanup, services restart, etc.).
I noticed the firmware updater link on your support site is broken.
Could you please provide me with the firmware recovery tool or a working updater link?
