When using my headset and connecting directly to the microphone, the audio that comes into the headset is super quiet in my left ear only, the right ear is loud and clear but I can barely hear it coming out the left. I have tried messing with the levels in the microsoft sound settings for the microphone and those are fine they were at 100 for both sides. The headset works perfectly fine when plugged into any other device and sounds just fine. I saw a few questions here that were asking the same thing but all of them have been closed with no replies and it doesn’t seem like they solved it. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
It seems that there is an issue with the left ear of the headset when connected directly to the microphone, as the audio is super quiet. The right ear is loud and clear, but the left ear is barely audible. The sound settings have been checked and they appear to be fine. Other devices work well with the headset. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution?
Just want to bump this, same thing happened to me. Came back to my computer after a long hiatus of not using it, and my right earbud is much louder than my left. Only way I could balance it was by turning the right earphone volume way down while keeping the left at 100. Headphones work fine when plugged into another device.
Exact same issue here. Tried it with multiple headsets and USB-ports for the microphone. Is there any fix yet?
I am experiencing this issue as well and I can’t seem to find a solution anywhere.
I am also having the same problem, headset works perfectly fine when plugged into any other device but on seiren it only works the right ear.
same problem for over a year and no solution. Razer definitely is not going to get me to buy anything from them again.
It’s the knob on the microphone. It’s not a volume control - it’s a left / right balance control
it is not a balance control “Stop It:” I actually found the solution but at this point I don’t think anyone cares. Just don’t buy Razer Microphones!

Hello, if you don’t mind can you share what you found? The left ear output is dead for me. Thanks in advance.
