Razer Surround Sound 7.1 does not work on my Kraken X Lite

I have the following problem. I just bought some Kraken X Lite 2 days ago and I still can't activate 7.1 surround sound. Download the application as you can see in the photos and it generates a 7.1 sound driver. But the problem appears when I select the driver. The sound does not come out of the earpiece, it is completely mute. There is no way I can get 7.1 sound to work. I already tried reinstalling the application and the respective drivers, but nothing works. Any solution that can be useful? I really appreciate it! PS: sorry for my language, I am from Argentina and I speak Spanish

I still have the same problem. I can only hear surround sound with Windows software, because Razer's doesn't work for me

Hola genio, como estas? Yo tambien soy de Argentina y tengo el mismo inconveniente. Pudiste resolverlo? Los compre el dia martes, instale el software 7.1 pero no se desde donde se puede admnistrar los auriculares tampoco..sabes que aplicacion se debe usar? Espero tus comentarios, abrazo grande!!

Como va chabon? No pude solucionar el problema. Estoy usando el 7.1 emulado de Windows, porque no hubo caso, intente buscar y nadie tiene ese problema. Tal vez sea algo de mi computadora, tampoco tuve la oportunidad de probarlo en otra PC, así que todavía no se como solucionarlo. Si sabes de algo o logras solucionarlo, avisame por acá. Abrazo!

Si estamos en la misma, hasta el momento es una mala experiencia con Razer creyendo que iba a ser algo mucho mas practico y de calidad. El soporte tecnico te contesta cada tanto, ojala que puedan ayudar a resolverlo. No tengo ningun software para administrar los auriculares. Otra consulta, por si te pasa lo mismo, cuando activo el Sonido Envolvente 7.1 practicamente no noto ninguna diferencia en el sonido, a vos te pasa algo similar o al contrario? Abrazo!

La verdad que si, el soporte es un desastre. Veo que responden un montón de threads y acá ni bola me dieron y eso que lo detalle bastante claro el problema que tenía. Yo juego FPS y si que noto la diferencia del sonido, no es WOW, pero los pasos y los tiros se escuchan distinto. Usa el que viene por defecto de Windows, no se si sera lo mismo que el de Razer, pero creo que cumple su función.
