Razer Surround Sound Pro Win 10 2004 issue
There currently seem to be a compatibility issue with RSSP and the latest Windows 10 update, which is causing a static background noise.
The only way I've found to stop it is to go into the sound control panel and disable RSSP there. As turning of SSP via Synapse still leaves the background noise.
