Razer Thresher Headset for XBox One compatible with iPhone & Macbook?

I want to use Razer Thresher XBox One headset for my iPhone or MacBook. I read the description in the box, it seems like only compatible with Xbox & Windows 10. Is that anyway I can pair this headset to an iPhone or Macbook? It seems like cannot connect with iPhone & Macbook. I am not able to search for the headset in my iPhone & MacBook although the headset is in pairing mode. If the headset is not compatible with iPhone or MacBook, is there any adaptor I can purchase to connect with the headset?

    I have been using poppy beech for a long time and if you have an adapter, you can connect headphones.
