Razer Thresher Xbox One Mic Died?

Hi to everyone in the forums.

First time posting here and hoping to somehow find an answer before I go buy or send the product back.



I bought a Thresher for Xbox One which also included the Audio hub, a while back. Everything was working fine, sound was coming thru the headset, mic was picking up everything that it should.

One day I was talking to my friends in the party and suddenly my mic started bugging. It would start with just noise and my friends could hear it instead of my voice. The only way for me to stop the noise (I knew it was picking it up cuz of the xbox party overlay, that I was emitting sound) was to mute the mic.



I tried talking, resetting, unplugging, you name it but the mic seems to not register my voice but just static noises. I can hear the static also lightly thru the headset itself.



I switched from Xbox to PC to see if it works, but even then I can see the mic not picking anything up or just static again.



Is there any way I could fix or find a solution to this?
