Hello, I’ve been having a problem on my Razer headset : the USB sound card randomly stopped working.
It gets detected by Windows and Synapse, but when I play something like a YT video, no sound comes out. Spotify and VLC outright won’t read audio. When I plug in the headset itself without the sound card, the sound comes out fine, but I can’t use the mic.
I’ve tried everything mentionned on the internet : remove audio enhancements, reinstall drivers and synapse, reinstall windows, nothing has worked. Is there a solution to this problem ?
