When I ship the parcel out to razer for the warranty, do I have to return in the box? Cause I have thrown it away and realized that the mic is not working when I am playing my games. My teammates keep telling me that they cannot hear me and I have already tested it out myself. I have checked online and found out about the problem. I hope that you guys can help me?
