I have RazerSurround PRO in synapse 2 account when install Razer 7.1 Surround Sound the software ask new Activation key , why ?
Second question: I have Razer Naga 2014 and when start Razer Synapse 2 the software immediately remove “Enhance Pointer Precision" but I dont want this.

you can change the mouse acceleration here (check pic.) the Enhance pointer precision is the same with that setting in Razer synapse
*Tip it's better to leave it off since every movement of your mouse will be different depending on how fast you move your mouse, wich means it will change your precision everytime you move the mouse

In optic sensors maybe is better but in Laser sensors the movement is very strange.Thah is why many games have in mouse settings "Mouse Filter"

I have the same problem with activation key for surround. I got surround pro with my two blacksharks.
Same, I had to re-install windows yesterday and now I need activation key for 7.1 surround
Have Ornata Chroma, Firefly & Mamba and was "gifted" an activation code by Razer for registering. Now can't use it on my Kraken X
