Razor audio mixer

I bought an audio mixer, connected it to a PC, updated it to the latest firmware, the sound outputs no problems with this, but I ran into a problem, the headset mute button will not unmute when pressed stays red, it reacts to a long press, so it's not a physical breakdown, most likely the problem is in the mixer firmware, Razer you already know in what could be the problem? 
I will note that I used a USB microphone, the other day I will try to use the connection via an XLR connector, I will write here if something changes

Upd. The button worked, but I didn't do anything for it, most likely this is a bug of the Razer synapse 3 application
