I just recently got on these headphones and now they refuse to turn on for more than 3 seconds then the lights flash it makes a static popping noise, and it shuts off can someone help me I love these headphones and need them right now.

Can you connect the headset to another computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubelshooting steps that might address the connection issue.

I can't even connect my headphones to my pc cause they instantly turn off
