Hey all,
I have recently got myself the razor kraken v4 headset and the surround sound is not working, I’ve tried activating the 7.1 surround sound by paying for it and even still everything is mono audio, all left and right channel is combined, so if I have someone in game shooting on my left I can hear it on my right too, so it makes it impossible to know direction of noises, anyone know if there is a solution?
