Hello, there are plenty of cheap HammerHeads in my area, wondering how can i check if they are real or fake? I bought one for fun price, around 20$. Working, connecting to my phone, serial number is working but cant connect with my account because its connected with someone account (makes sense since they are 2nd hand) but i cant connect to razer app on my phone... How can i check if they are real or fake?

      Hi @O2562, Due to high amount of counterfeit Razer products, it is difficult to check if the product is real or fake. The product number and serial number usually duplicated and works across all account that you tried to connect it. As for "HammerHeads" as you mentioned, I tried myself for wired version there are difference in the cable quality and the sound quality especially the bass. Another issue is that official warranty is not valid depending on the products you purchased.         I would love to but its a difference paying for new and 2nd hand. Always buying 2nd hands stuff. Saves lot of money

          If you can't connect it with the app this might be the 1st thing indicating that you've probably bought a counterfeits. Also do you have any box? Or you bought an "oem" version which doesn't exist?
