Hello Razer Support,

I have a Razer Barracuda X Chroma wireless headset (model RZ04-0522), and the original USB-C wireless dongle has broken and no longer works.

I use the headset with my USB-C iPad for gaming, and I would like to purchase a compatible replacement dongle to get the lowest possible audio latency.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Is a replacement dongle available for this exact headset model?
  2. Can I purchase it directly from Razer?
  3. What is the price and shipping cost to Germany?
  4. How can I pair the replacement dongle with my headset?

I can provide my serial number and proof of purchase privately if needed.

Can you test the headset on a Windows computer and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
