So i was so happy with the sound quality , but the side tone is just not good enough . To actually hear myself at all, i need the synapse at 100 percent, then i need to adjust the knob on the headset to 100 percent, which then causes me to go into every application with sound and reduce the volume , as i have the headset volume at 100 percent just to hear the side tone a little



I have seen lots of things online about this from other people but nothing has been corrected in synapse to give the side tone a boost , and this issue has been reported several times before . Such a shame about this as i really liked the headphones and the sound . So having to look elsewhere now.



I can hear it working its just way to low and i should not have to have the volume knob on 100 percent to hear it at all .
I was actually looking at picking up this headset today, it's on sale at Amazon, and Sidetone is one of the key features I absolutely need to have. But after reading all the Reddit posts and posts in this forum, everyone complains about the exact same problem, yet all I see in this forum is support asking people to reinstall their software or RMA their headsets as if that is going to fix the bug in their Synapse software!!! Not sure I really want to buy a product from a company that doesn't take their customers seriously. So I'll be shopping for a different headset. Too bad, because from what I hear, apart for that problem it's a good headset.

I would love to have this checked by raising your concern to the Software Team. Please PM me the serial number of your Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset so I can validate its model and start a case.
