Howdy just bought a new pair of Razer Kraken pro v2 and the lights don't work, not even the one on the mic, I tryed looking for settings in the synapse but it won't find my headphones, what should I do

Are you sure they are Kraken Pro V2? If so, then there are no lights on your headset. It has a 3.5mm (1/8in) connector, and therefore wouldn't be able to supply power for any lighting.
