Hello,

I got Razer hammerhead wireless earbuds 2021 edition a month ago and a week ago my right earbud started being quiet. At first I thought that the right earbud isn't working, but I realized that touch was working and that when I turned the volume all the way up, I could hear it. What could be the problem? If it's the earwax blocking the speaker, how do I clean it?
