I ordered a pair of Blackshark V2 Pro headset in 2021(I still have the online receipt). Ever since I had them I have had no directional audio on my pc, for better terms surround sound. And I took it over to my buddy’s house and tried them on his pc, they were absolutely perfect and had surround sound and directional audio. The Surround sound itself is recognized as a source of audio on my pc, but there is no audio. I also can’t get an activation code because I don’t have the box anymore and there is no product number on the headset itself. I’m sorry this is a lot but I want you guys to be able to know everything before I ask.

anybody know why it works so well on my friends computer and not mine? If so how could I change it.
